Privacy policy

This page tells you which data arises with us, what we do with it and what you can demand. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

The essentials in four sentences

• Only what you send us. We collect what you write into a form, what you state when booking a call or the address you enter for a check. Plus the technical data that arises when any website is opened.
• No cookies, no tracking, no banner. This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, no ad pixels and no social media buttons. So there is nothing to click away.
• Data in Europe and Switzerland. This website is hosted in Germany; the booking service and our customer management run in Switzerland and in the European Union. What leaves that is listed below, in full.
• One e-mail is enough. Access, correction or deletion: write to us and we do it. No form, no justification.

Which data we process and why

Forms

Contact form, callback request and the «Do not call again» field. We receive what you type: business name, phone or e-mail (at least one), industry and message (optional). For «Do not call again», only your number, which goes on the do-not-call list of this market. We also store which page you sent the form from and, if present, the campaign you came through. By sending you confirm your consent that we contact you about your request; we store the wording of that consent.

Purpose: to answer you, hold the first call and, if applicable, make you an offer. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not use these data for advertising and do not sell them. A newsletter only if you expressly order it.

Booking a call

Booking runs through our own service at termine.sitomat.ch (Switzerland). It receives your name, your contact details, your topic and the chosen time. The service sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers; we checked this before embedding it. The booking is passed to our customer management so the contact person is prepared.

GEO checker

If you enter a website address, our check service analyses that site: it reads what the server delivers publicly and measures speed and readability. We store the checked address, the result and a random key through which only you can open your result. Without further details the result stays anonymous and is deleted after 30 days. If you request the full report by e-mail, we store your e-mail address with the result and contact you once about it; for this we need your consent, whose wording we store. Only then does an entry in our customer management arise.

Technical data when opening the site

IP address, time of access, requested address and details of browser and operating system. They arise when any website runs; we do not evaluate them to recognise you or to show you ads. To limit mass requests we form a check value from your IP with a daily changing addition; the address itself is not stored. We also count, per day, how many checks are started, reports requested and calls booked, without address, device or profile.

Recipients and transfers

• Hosting: this website runs on Hetzner servers in Falkenstein, Germany. Our customer management runs on Hetzner servers in the European Union. The booking service runs in Switzerland, a country with an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): network access and protection against attacks; processes your IP address to establish the connection.
• Resend (USA): sending our e-mails (reports, confirmations, replies); receives address, subject and content.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. (USA): collecting the monthly fee if you sign up; receives name, e-mail and payment data, which you enter directly at Stripe.
• Anthropic, PBC (USA): generating texts and images for websites and drafting replies to e-mails; under its API terms not used to train models. A person reviews every draft.

For transfers to the United States the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission apply. We hand each service only what its purpose needs.

Retention

• GEO checks without a requested report: 30 days.
• Enquiries that do not become an order: at most twelve months after the last contact, earlier if you ask.
• Customer data: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as long as the law requires (accounting records for the statutory period).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawing a consent at any time. An e-mail to [email protected] is enough; we answer within one month. To avoid handing data to the wrong person we first check who you are. If you disagree with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).

Changes

If how we work or which services we use changes, we adapt this policy. The version published on this page applies.
