BE BRAVE AG: 360 pages in five languages, no CMS
The Swiss AI provider had a new website built by an agency, and it got stuck on the agency's staging server: five languages, but 33 of 39 articles only in German, over a thousand buttons leading to the wrong language and a page that jumped while loading. We rebuilt it without a CMS, translated it, wired it up and took it live on 5 October 2026 with 511 redirects.

WHAT IT BRINGS THE COMPANY
Six things that got better for visitors and search engines
Each card first says what changes. Below it is the measurement that proves it.
Every language stays in its language
Whoever read the site in English, French, Italian or Portuguese ended up on German pages through 1'028 buttons. Now every link leads to its own language, and all 46 articles exist in all five.
Buttons to the wrong language: 1'028 → 0Nothing jumps while loading
The agency version rearranged the page while loading; the footer slid away under the content. Google measures that as layout shift: 1.0 before, 0 now.
Layout shift (CLS): 1.0 → 0Whoever knows the old address lands in the right place
421 addresses of the previous website and 90 more from the web archive, old sitemaps and Search Console lead to the matching new page, including the blog articles.
511 old addresses redirectedGoogle and ChatGPT read every page
Each of the 360 pages carries title, description, language links and structured data in the HTML, plus sitemap and llms.txt. Answer engines do not have to run anything to read the content.
355 addresses in the sitemap, registered with GoogleCase studies with content
Six use cases with starting point, solution and result in five languages, where «Project name» and Lorem ipsum stood before.
Case studies with content: 0 → 6Runs without a CMS on its own servers in Switzerland
No agency backend, no CMS to maintain and secure. The website sits as finished HTML on its own servers in Switzerland; every change is traceable in the repository.

MOVE
Old addresses, domain, ads
The previous website ran under the same address; the agency had built the new version with different addresses. On Monday, 5 October 2026, we switched the domain: 511 redirects lead every old address, including the blog articles, to the matching new page. The next day the sitemap was registered with Google.
